Welcome to my world! I’m Maysie Hayes, a passionate sewist based in the beautiful Catlins, New Zealand. I’ve been sewing since I was young, learning from my mother and Aunty—two women who ignited my love for this craft. Inspired by my passions, family and friends, I find endless ideas and bring it into my designs. What began with crafting country rock shirts for my son’s band has blossomed into a vibrant journey where colour and creativity come together in every stitch.

Absolutely love the jeans jacket that I got made from Not Niche Enough Creations. Saw the jackets at the Niagara Bluegrass Festival but the one I liked wasn't in my size so I ordered one in a similar colour and the right size. Maysie was amazing in keeping me updated with fabric choice (via facetime) and progress.

I got a tote bag at a stall from Not Niche Enough and it's so good. Fits heaps in. One thing I would like is an inside pocket to put keys etc in but everything else great. Loved the fabric. I got a dreamcatcher fabric one.
